EN 50155 • Isolated Binary I/O Frontend • Local Intelligence

Based on an ESP32 series microcontroller, the SQ1-TRACK provides a versatile binary frontend according to the EN 50155. Eight isolated I/O ports can be individually configured as inputs or outputs, over the full voltage range of nominal 24-110VDC. The push-pull outputs can switch up to 0.5A, while inputs are high impedance with a constant current source to either ground or supply optionally applied. The I/O ports are organized as two groups by four signal pins each, and available from the front panel via screw locked terminal block connectors (push-in spring connection). As an option, the SQ1-TRACK can be equipped with two 24V capable binary outputs, isolated and wired to a D-Sub front panel connector.

A constant current source of up to 11mA (programmable) connected to either -VIN or +VIN can be applied by firmware, permanent or pulsed
