SQ3-QUARTET

The SQ3-QUARTET is a CompactPCI® Serial peripheral card equipped with a set of connectors to be used with a variety of front side I/O modules and HMI solutions, such as display, membrane keyboard, and data interface. Based on a 32-bit local microcontroller, the SQ3-QARTET requires an USB2 enabled backplane slot for control by the system CPU.

The microcontroller is wired to different on-board connectors, for attachment of either SPI, UART, or GPIO based front modules. The SQ3-QUARTET comes as an assembly with the particular I/O function and requires 8HP system space. Several IOU modules (Ci4Rail) are available with the SQ3-QUARTET, and also front panels with a colour display and touch buttons.
